Are you curious about the art form seen in Cirque de Soleil and other popular stage shows? Aerial Dance Fitness combines yoga, ballet, and acrobatics. The soft, silky fabric caresses your skin as you experience the freedom of flight. Sculpt your body and gain new confidence with a workout that is like no other! All fitness levels are welcome from beginner to advanced.
Aerial Dance Fitness employs silky fabrics that are suspended from the ceiling to tone your body while allowing for freedom from the constraints of the floor. Aerial Fitness is a combination of dance, acrobatics, and yoga. We have designed our classes to progress from the beginner aerialist to skill levels that are comfortable for you. Our curriculum is flexible to fit each student’s unique goals. Casual students will have fun and get a great work-out, while our serious students will be challenged to push their physical and creative limits. Private lessons are also available.
Aerial Dance Fitness classes are offered in 4 week sessions. Drop-in classes are also available (pre-registration is required).

Choose one of the following class times:
Mondays from 7:30 – 8:30pm
Wednesdays from 5:00 – 6:00pm
Saturdays from 12:15 – 1:15pm
